14-Day Returns. We want you to love your WristFlip™ adapter. If it doesn't fit or you're not satisfied, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received it.
- In its original packaging.
2. How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at support@getwristflip.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before receiving confirmation from us.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong color or would like a different one, we are happy to arrange an exchange. Contact us and we will guide you through the process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your adapter arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or we made an error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days from approval, first check with your bank or card provider, as processing can take additional time. If you still need help, contact us at support@getwristflip.com.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the standard return process above.
