Shipping Policy

Worldwide shipping with full tracking. Free standard shipping on all orders over $99. The first batch of WristFlip™ straps ships in June 2026.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

2. Shipping Times

We ship worldwide. Standard delivery takes 5–20 business days depending on your destination. Please note that the first production run of straps will begin shipping in June 2026; pre-orders placed before then will be dispatched as soon as stock is ready.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Standard shipping is free on all orders over $99 (or the equivalent in your selected currency).

4. Order Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a link to track your package. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of ordering, contact us.

5. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

6. Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, customs inspections, or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to assist you in tracking down delayed packages.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will try to update it before dispatch.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first. If the issue cannot be resolved, reach out to us at support@getwristflip.com and we will help investigate.
